For anything on the round that isn't an order, such as collecting a misplaced item or a return. It appears on the run sheet and the driver's phone like any other stop.
One stop per line: name, address, postcode, note. Only the name and postcode are needed; the note is what the driver sees. Separate with commas or tabs, so rows copied from a spreadsheet work too. Start a line with Pick-up: to make just that one a collection.

A customer's regular order on the same days, set up by them on the trade site (My Orders → Standing orders) or by you on the customer's Standing orders tab. Each delivery is made into an order of its own the day before, at that day's prices.

People paid commission on the customers they look after, whether or not they sign in to BlockWorks. Choose who looks after a customer on that customer's Details tab; the 📈 Profit tab works out what each person has earned.
How each customer's score out of 10 on the Customers tab is worked out. Only people who can see profit see it, and customers never do. It never changes a price, terms, delivery day or account by itself. Leave a box empty for the figure shown in it.

Orders the warehouse has packed and weighed, ready to finalise and email in one go. The rest wait under Waiting until they're ready.
Type a lot number to see where it came from and every customer it went to.
Every check signed off on the phones between two days: temperatures, checklists, cleaning and probe tests, anything that wasn’t right and what was done, the delivery checks from Goods In, and each week’s sign-off. Open this when an inspector or auditor calls, then print it (or save it as a PDF from the print window).
Every beef and veal lot received, with the details the beef labelling rules make compulsory, and who it went to. Open this when an inspector calls, then print it or export it.
Purchase orders to your suppliers, who you buy from, and what you last paid. What actually arrived, its lot and its price come from 📷 Goods In, so nothing is typed twice. Deliveries with no purchase order still go through Goods In as normal. See it all worked through in the 🎓 chicken walkthrough.
Stock takes valued at cost, and how what you buy whole is cut down. Every count is a lot and a product: the lot stays the same from Goods In to the customer, and the product changes as it’s cut. Nothing here changes your cost prices or the Profit tab.
What you made on what you sold: sales less credit notes and what the goods cost you. By customer it also takes off each customer's share of the delivery rounds, so you can see who's worth the drive. Worst first: click a row to see what's behind it.
Every van and car's MOT, service, insurance and tax dates with reminders, which van each driver is in, the drivers' daily checks and fridge temperatures, and problems reported from each vehicle's report link.
